A healthy and delicious alternative to the classic Cinnabon rolls baked fresh to order!

We use Freee by Doves Farm Gluten Free Flour to make this bread. Blended from naturally gluten free ingredients, this flour is used as an alternative to traditional wheat flour! A joyful roll in a cup for easy sharing :) 
However our facility is not free from wheat. If you have any concerns please contact us before consuming. (yummy@foodcraft.hk)

The Fairy Icing is made from 100% natural food colors and a monk fruit sweetener to keep your blood sugar levels low. The filling is made from coconut butter and cinnamon and is completely vegan. This product is 100% vegan and incredibly tasty and fun to share with friends and family!
 

How to eat it:
Freshly baked is always the best but if you want to enjoy it the next day, steaming will be the way to go. Steam the bun in a steamer for 3 to 4 minutes. Can't wait that long? Try 30 seconds in the microwave oven!
  • We recommend that you consume it within 2 days of delivery. 
  • If it is not consumed within 2 days from delivery, we recommend to slice and freeze until you are ready to devour it again!

Sit back, cut a slice, serve up some of your favourite coffee for that perfect breakfast/mid-afternoon snack/dessert (or whenever you like really) and enjoy!

Gluten Free Flour Mix (rice, tapioca and potato), Thickener (xanthan gum), Filtered Water, Coconut Butter*, Coconut Flower Sugar*, Psyllium Husk Powder, Golden Flax Seed*, Cinnamon*, Himalayan Crystal Salt, Naturally occuring lactobacilli/yeast (*Organic)
