DESCRIPTION

To become a sushi chef, it takes you years of training.
To enjoy homemade sushi, it only takes one lesson at FoodCraft!!!
Join our class to learn all about the basics and tricks in making sushi at home to enjoy with friends and family.

In this class, we will be focusing on how to cook the rice, how to make different shapes of sushi and how to marinate the raw fish. We will NOT be cutting the fish in this class as this will be a whole other level of sushi making and our aim is to get you set to enjoying sushi making at home :)  
..oh, and please come hungry as you will be eating at least 10 pieces of sushi in this class!
Join with friends and partners! We also arrange private classes from 4 people.

  • How to cook Sushi Rice
  • How to make Vegan Hoso-maki (thin maki rolls) - great for Bento Box Ideas
  • How to make a basic Nigiri-sushi
  • How to make a Gunkan-maki 
  • How to make Temari-zushi
  • How to marinate or flavor the fish

*THIS IS NOT A VEGAN COOKING CLASS.

Let us know if you'd like to bring your helper to learn with you. It is only +HK$100 to bring your helper as plus one. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation request is 7 days prior to the start time of the class. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be made back to your account.
