Preheat oven to 220°C. Add contents of pack to 500ml of cold water and stir for 2 minutes. Pour dough immediately into a greased loaf tin (10x25cm). Brush over the top with water to smooth out the dough. Place an ovenproof dish with boiling water in the bottom of the oven. Bake the bread for 5 minutes on the middle shelf, then make a deep cut all the way down the centre. Carry on baking for a further 60 minutes. Once baked, remove from the tin immediately and leave to cool.
