Japanese Omu Rice and Soba Making Class

Omu-rice is an all-time favorite Japanese dish that is typically a combination of omelet and ketchup rice. Inspired by the French omelet, Omu-rice is the perfect "East meets the West dish" and kids (big and small!) just LOVE it. Also a perfect way to sneak in some veggies for the fussy little ones.
In this class we are teaching how to make 3 different omelets ( 2 with rice and one with noodles)
Join our class to learn how to wrap up rice and even noodles (omu-soba) in an omelet and dress it up with some plating techniques.
