Self-pick up Terms and Conditions

  • Once an order is placed and accepted it cannot be changed.
  • If you select payment by bank transfer, payment of the full amount must be made within 24 hours of the order. Please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email (yummy@foodcraft.hk) or Whatsapp (5539 0014) to us within 24 hours.
  • If we do not receive the bank transfer receipt within 24 hours of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Once the order is paid it is non-refundable.
  • We will prepare the order based on the pick-up date you have chosen. As certain food products are freshly made and have a limited shelf life, we are unable to exchange products with a longer shelf life if the products are not picked up on the selected pick-up date.
  • In case the order is not picked up 14 days after the selected pick-up date, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made.
