Buckwheat: it’s not a real grain and it doesn’t care. 

Buckwheat is a pseudo-grain, more closely related to rhubarb than wheat. It isn’t what you’d call refined. It has a coarse, dark texture that works perfectly as a light puffed cracker. It packs a more flavourful punch, so you can top it with something strong-tasting. We love these crackers with fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut and dill pickles and style them with avocado and cayenne pepper, or just almond butter for extra Instagram likes.
