Welcome to the best of both worlds! Japanese cuisine meets the power of plant-based foods.
Experience the detail oriented Japanese cuisine and learn to connect with the seasons through food. Each plate might be small but Japanese food is more about the quality and story behind each dish.
Once you learn how to appreciate the process and details about the food you consume, it will start to change your relationship with food.

In this class, you'll be learning a lot of techniques starting from how to cook the perfect sushi rice a to the ways to combine it with 8 different ingredients to make the vegan sushi.
We will be using seasonal vegetables, tofu based plant protein. 
Let's enjoy making Vegan Sushi that will feed all mind, body and soul!
