This Blanc de Noirs cuvée is elaborated from classified Pinot Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, Bouzy, and it has been produced in very limited quantity( 3960 bottles !)

This 2007 vintage champagne is aimed to connoisseurs. It reveals a powerful balance and complex profile. The nose is strongly influenced by the Pinot Noir’s concentration, and the wine is vinified in oak barrels, giving it power and elegance.

In the mouth, it first reveals a harmonious thickness, followed by warm and suave touches delighting the connoisseurs and lovers of unusual flavours.
