Enamel Container for Pickling

Ideal for making Nuka zuke pickles and making a nuka-doko.  Nuka is Japanese for rice bran, so nukadoko is a pickling bed made from rice bran.  This is what you will need to place your veggies in to ferment!

It can also be used for general food storage. The material of this container is enamel which means there is a glossy finish.  It's very durable and also super easy to clean!
