Why do we use Teff Flour?
Our Teff flour is sourced from Ethiopia. It's a creamy brown wholegrain flour milled from one of the world's smallest grains. It is a rich source of soluble fibre and a good source of protein!
Why do we use Coconut Blossom Sugar?
Coconut blossom sugar comes from the sap of the flower buds of the coconut palm and is a more natural sugar than other white sugars, making for a richer flavour.
