Our dairy-free and gluten-free soft bread is perfect for sandwiches. Love sesame? Add a slab of our tahini onto a toasted slice and that will be your sesame fix!

This bread does not contain gluten, milk, peanut, egg, or soy. Ideal for a gluten-free diet! 

Ingredients: Filtered water, Gluten free flour mix (corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibers (psyllium, inulin), thickeners: guar, E464; flavorings), sunflower oil*, Black sesame seeds, White sesame seeds, cane sugar*, Himalayan pink salt, yeast (*organic)

What is E464?
E464 is a food additive, also known as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC). It is a modified cellulose compound that is commonly used as a thickener, stabilizer, emulsifier, and gelling agent in various food products.

E464 is derived from plant sources, typically wood pulp or cotton, and it is considered safe for consumption. It is a white, odorless powder that can be dissolved in water to form a gel-like substance.

In food production, E464 is commonly used in a wide range of products, including baked goods, dairy products, sauces, desserts, and processed meats. It helps improve texture, increase viscosity, and enhance the overall quality and stability of food products.

How to store gluten free bread: store in room temperature for up to 1 day after production. Or slice the bread and freeze in an airtight container. Reheat in a toaster while frozen.

Rich yummy bread best on the day of baking!

The bread tastes best on the day of baking when it’s fresh. It’s soft and yummy. However, as soon as next day it’s dry and the crust harder. The next day.. best to toast it (and eat without the crust). It would be nice if the bread came in smaller size for those of us who don’t eat a lot of bread daily but want to enjoy it at a slower pace. Its superb quality and richness are best enjoyed on the day of baking!
