Ingredients: gluten free flour mix (corn starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, sugar, vegetable fibers, thickener: guar, E464; flavorings), filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, yeast, Hilamayan crystal salt

How to store gluten free pita bread: Keep them in room temperature up to 1 day. If not using strait away, store in the freezer up to 3 months.
How to reheat the gluten free pita bread
It is normal for a gluten free bread to become stale after a day of baking. (unless there are additives to keep the bread soft.) Not to worry! You can easily revive a gluten free bread by reheating with a bit of steam. 
When ready to use, heat up at 150°C with steam and cut in the middle to stuff your favorite pita pocket ingredients!
