How to store gluten free pita bread:ย Keep them in room temperature up to 1 day. If not using strait away, store in the freezer up to 3 months.
How to reheat the gluten free pita bread
It is normal for a gluten free bread to become stale after a day of baking. (unless there are additivesย to keep the bread soft.) Not to worry! You can easilyย revive a gluten free bread by reheating with a bit of steam.ย
When ready to use, heat up at 150ยฐC with steam and cut in the middle to stuff your favorite pita pocket ingredients!
