Casein and gluten free soft bread. Perfect to make sandwiches or just slab a nice layer of nut butter and white sugar-free jam for a nut butter jam treat!

Not only gluten free but free from milk, peanut, egg and soya. This bread is ideal for those on a gluten free diet.

Ingredients: filtered water potato starch, tapioca starch, chickpea flour, rice flour, maize flour, organic sunflower oil, sugar, yeast, salt, psyllium husk powder, thickener xanthan gum, vinegar powder (spirit vinegar, maltodextrin).

Storage: store in cool dry place away from sunlight.
