This is a low-carb, low-sodium ponzu sauce made with dashi from bonito and anchovies. It has a mellow flavor that pairs well with various dishes like hot pot, chilled shabu-shabu, and cold tofu. You can easily reduce the sugar and salt content in your regular recipes using this ponzu. It is free of artificial flavorings.

The carbohydrates and sodium have been reduced by 60% and 30% respectively, compared to commercially available ponzu soy sauce, according to the Japanese Food Composition Database 2020. One tablespoon (15 ml) of this ponzu contains 0.44 g of carbohydrates and 0.78 g of sodium.

Ingredients: Soy sauce (traditionally brewed) (contains wheat and soybeans) (manufactured domestically), bonito extract, brewed vinegar, roasted anchovy dashi, kelp extract, yuzu juice, salt/ seasonings (amino acids etc.), acidulant, sweetener (stevia).
