To become a sushi chef, it takes you years of training. To enjoy homemade sushi, it only takes one lesson at FoodCraft!!!
Join our class to learn all about the basics and tricks in making sushi at home to enjoy with friends and family.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
- How to cook Sushi Rice
- How to make Vegan Hoso-maki (thin maki rolls) - great for Bento Box Ideas
- How to make a basic Nigiri-sushi
- How to make a Gunkan-maki
- How to make Temari-zushi
- How to marinate or flavor the fish
WHAT WILL YOU TAKE HOME?
- Some sushi made in class (most will be consumed during class)

- 1x Apron

CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.

Hi food craft team...I haven’t attended the sushi class yet but the sourdough bread making was amazing.
