This herb mix is used to finish off home-cooked dishes to make it taste like restaurant style but without any preservatives or MSG!  It gives a beautiful umami flavor to any dish you wish to cook. 
It is based on the unique Okinawa sea salt mixed in with various ingredients: garlic, onions, lemongrass, rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme and tarragon.  

Not only does it work well with Japanese recipes, this mix can also be used in the various western dishes such as steak and sauteed and grilled dishes, pasta, salad dressings, fries, stews, soups, and more!

Ingredients:
Sun-dried Natural Seawater Salt (from Okinawa and Ishigaki Island), pepper, sesame, garlic, ginger, lemongrass (Ishigaki Island), Light Galangal (from Ishigaki jima), Laurel, onion, Rosemary (from Ishigaki Island), basil, oregano (from Ishigaki Island), thyme and tarragon.
