Japanese Multipurpose Dough Scraper
Made in Japan with 80 ° heat resistance and a great tool to have in the kitchen! The beautifully shaped arc makes it very chic and versatile to scrape just about anything. Dough scrapers are normally used to help bakers and pastry chefs handle dough, acting as a "third hand" which the dough does not stick on. Comes in 2 colours (red & white).
