Roes are a particularly nutritional food, with a high level of vitamin B-12. These haddocks, caught in the North East Atlantic ocean, were dipped in olive oil and lightly seasoned, thus retaining their original properties, exuding their aromas, and showing off their texture. Though easily accessible, this is a rare delicacy.
