This Artisanal Cheeze is made from activated and cultured cashew. Fermented in a blend of Lapsang tea to give it that smokey flavour. Aged with love and care for over 20 days in our Cheeze cellar. Made using minimal ingredients using a special blend of spices and espelette pepper without any preservatives and of course vegan.

Simply enjoy it on crackers with a white Jurançon.

Keep refrigerated. Cheezes are good for 30 days.

Fermentation and aging add a complexity to the Cheeze and intesify the flavours. Only premium ingredients are used in making our Cheezes. And the most important ingredient is love.

Founder Amy, the Cheezanista, is a Plant-Based Chef and a conscious Foodie with a background in Whole Food Plant-Based Nutrition, Yoga and Animal Rescue. She brings her passions into her creations. She's an avid learner and loves being a wizard in her Plant-Based Food Lab, "Atelier Nuteese".
