What is Miso?
Miso is a traditional Japanese seasoning produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and the natural fungus Aspergillus oryzae. We have made miso with organic chickpeas and tahini instead of soybeans.

This blend is an easy, quick, healthy, and tasty way to make meals at home or at the office. There are no additional steps required to prepare the dashi (soup base) for miso soup. Simply mix the blend by hand or using a blender. The blend is a convenient way to incorporate fermented foods into your diet.
