Suggested Uses: Brown rice can play a great part of a plant-based diet and it can simply replacewhite rice in most recipes. You can sprout the rice for 30 - 60 minutes (by soaking it in water). Rinse well before use in order to remove the naturally occurring phytic acid. Cook it the same way as white rice (in a rice cooker or in a pot) and serve as it is or mix with vegetables as a rice salad.
