Organic stone ground raw sesame butter. The seeds are ground with a stone grinder at a low temperature to keep the nutrients intact.

Note: Unbaked raw sesame normally has a bitter taste and you may find that our Tahini is more bitter compared to others. This is due to the natural taste of the raw ingredient, is not harmful, and does not affect the quality of the product. The level of bitterness will differ from batch to batch, depending on each harvest of the sesame seeds.

Suggested use: Good for making smoothies, use as a spread, making dips, adding to curries and stews, making dressings and sauces, adding to dessert to create a rich flavor.
