We wanted to create something healthy, festive and.... Vegan!  We proudly present to you: our organic vegan sourdough panettone!


How It Tastes:
Soft sweetness, slightly heavier than a regular panettone

Why it’s special: 
This bread is a baked dessert that is not too sweet.  We do not use white sugar, so the sugar content is lower than your traditional baked panettone, but the appearance of the bread looks the same as your regular panettone (on the outside)!  Filled with delicious dried fruit for the texture and added natural sweetness.

We use a combination of sourdough (wild yeast) and dry yeast in our recipe. The long fermentation time makes the bread easier for digestion.  The flavor and texture is more enjoyable than that of a commercially baked sourdough. 

The macro nutrients in the bread (carbohydrates and protein) are broken down into smaller particles for absorption. People with gluten intolerances may find they can consume natural sourdough bread without experiencing discomfort.

How to Eat it:
If freshly baked, enjoy it as is. Please keep it in an airtight container so that the panettone doesn't dry up!

Best Panettone Ever!

I used to not like panettone at all because I found it too rich and I’m not a big fan of raisins and a lot of them have too much of it. But this one, I can eat again and again! It’s just perfect! Not too rich, but still bursting with flavour! Some mornings I had it with nut butter, other times just plain, and other times like suggested - frying in a pan with a little bit of (vegan) butter and then drizzling some pumpkin spice on top! Makes for yummy Xmas month breakfast with tea or coffee! I will definitely order again.
