Walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. It may help in improving brain functioning and prevent heart disease and cancer at the same time. Despite the health benefits, walnuts also contain some enzyme inhibitors, some of the inhibitors are found absent in our walnuts since they are removed in the sprouting process, and thus, this helps improve overall nut digestion.
