Rude Health Organic Sprouted Porridge Oats - 400g
We take whole Organic oats and soak them in water, this begins a magical process called germination. The dormant grain bursts into life and all sorts of amazing things happen. Once a small sprout appears we stop the germination by drying the oats, then we roll them into these flakes, perfect for porridge.
Sprouted gluten free porridge oats (100%).
- In a pan - Bring to a boil and simmer for 12-15 minutes until most of the water has cooked down, stirring occasionally.
- Microwave - Pour the oats & half the liquid into a bowl. Cook on full power for 2 minutes then stir. Add half the remaining liquid, cook for 1 minute, then stir. Add the rest of the liquid, cook for one minute then stir and leave to cool and thicken for a minute.
