Udon noodles have been popular in Japan since the 14th century. Udon is easy to prepare and has an unmatched taste and texture. 
A delight used either hot or cold.
Use in hot soups, stir-fried with vegetables and cold in salads.

Made in Australia from 100% Australian ingredients

Ingredients: Organic wheat flour, sea salt, water

Cooking instructions: Bring 2 litres of water to a rapid.
Add the noodles little by little to avoid clumping. Stir. Return to boil, cook for 8-10 minutes until soft. Drain in a colander and raise with cold water.
