Making: A collaborative effort between heavyweight natural winemakers Anton Van Klopper of Lucy Margaux and Tom Shobbrook.
They use a blend of sweet and eating apples which result in a higher alcohol but dry cider that is aged in jarrah and then put into old wine barrels.
Tasting Notes: Dry and crisp with a hint of oak. Hands of vinification as close
to a natural cider as you can get.
