The most well-known Italian dessert, Tiramisu is a popular Italian dessert that originated in the Veneto region of Italy. That means the ingredients will make a huge difference in the flavor. Learn how to create the traditional flavors in this class.

- CROSTATINA CIOCCOLATO E PERE AL VINO – Chocolate and Wine Glazes Pear
Crostatina cioccolato e pere al vino is an Italian dessert that translates to "chocolate and pear wine tartlet". It is a small tart made with a buttery pastry crust, filled with a mixture of chocolate and pears cooked in red wine. Originated in Lombardy region of Italy,  this delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and red wine with the sweet and juicy taste of pears is often served with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
