The chocolates will be sweetened with berries or low sugar natural sweeteners. Perfect chocolate gift for those who are controlling the sugar intake and consuming higher levels of healthy fats.
Suitable for people on Kitogenic diet, Paleo diet and raw food diet.

Join our class to prepare a special handmade, one and only gift for your special person this Valentines Day. Making chocolate can be tedious and shopping for only one box worth of ingredients plus the cleaning can be a hassle. 

We have prepared all the tools, ingredients and the packaging material for you. You just have to show up at class and whip up a chocolate storm. 
This is not only a unique gift but it is also the healthiest chocolate that you can share with your loved ones. Be kind, give a box of chocolate that doesn't contain refined sugar, chemicals, fillers or artificial colors. Just pure LOVE:) 
You can also join with your partner together - it can be a fun gift to exchange the boxes made together!

WHAT IS RAW CHOCOLATE?

It's, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free.. but to be a bit more precise, raw chocolate is called "raw" because it is handled under 42°C/ 118F° to keep the vitamins,minerals, enzymes, antioxidants and phytochemicals alive and this is what makes this chocolate so good for you. Plus we do not use refined sugar in the recipes. In this class we will be using dried berries and natural sweeteners such as munk fruit (Luo Han Guo fruit) and erythritol*.

Raw chocolate is the least processed, plant based and nutrient dense chocolate. You can say that it is the healthiest yet just as good, if not better, then the commercial chocolates on the supermarket shelves.
The Cacao bean is a very medicinal plan and it is fermented after harvested. In the old days it was used as a currency - it was that precious! 

*Erythritol can cause diarrhea for some people when consumed in large amounts. It is a sugar alcohol that is not well metabolized in human bodies (Hence, it is used as a low sugar sweetener.) CANCELLATION POLICY

We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation request is 24 hours prior to the start time of the class. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 24 hours prior to the class for any refund to be made back to your account.
