Our raw Nori Snack is made with nori and activated* organic pumpkin seeds. After activating the ingredients, we dehydrate the nori crackers for 12 hours at low temperature. This makes them easier to digest and assimilate and also enhances the full flavor of the nutrient dense ingredients.
*Nuts, seeds and grains have a naturally occurring chemical known as phytic acid and enzyme-inhibitors which are removed through our soaking process.

Benefits: We only use high quality ingredients to hand-make each cracker. No white sugar, coloring, flavoring, preservatives or additives are used in our crackers. High in iodine, zinc and fiber from the natural ingredients.

As for the sweetener, we have used coconut flower sugar which is a very low glycemic index sugar (GI 35). For the Umami booster, gluten-Free, organic tamari soy sauce is used. Enjoy the natural flavors of 'real food'. Nut-Free and no added sugar.
