For a gluten free bread this one is amazing! Really tastes good. Toasted it for maximum taste.
This gluten free sourdough is pretty dang good. Arrived warm from the bakery and is delicious with soup and dipped in sauces etc. If you don’t plan on eating it the day of I suggest slicing and freezing your bread as it will begin to get hard (as all freshly baked breads do!) quite soon after day one.
Texture a bit hard. Pick up location and time inconvenient. Suggest pick up in city super or mtr station with additional charge, which is more
convenient to customers.

Very good bread, taste like sourdough wheat flour bread.
But it's very expensive for only 500g, so cannot be a daily bread. It's just when you craving for a slice of bread!
Don't forget you can freeze the bread Odile! :)
Slice and freeze to keep the pieces for up to 3 months ~
