Love these great sprouted oats, sometimes for porridge w vegan milk, cinnamon, blueberries & a little bit of good healthy sweetener like natural birch sugar (derived from plants, not GMO corn from China), coconut sugar or maple syrup. But mostly I throw them in my vitamixer and one whiz later I have the best oat flour for gluten free pancakes or baking (my favourite scones f ex). Even if heated up, as in baking, the sprouted version gives a more complete ingredient than the not sprouted one. Love it!
