Leaked through cap

I emailed in once I received the product letting them know that there were dried grains of the mustard on the underside of the cap when I received it but they told me that it's the way it is manufactured. I don't believe that this should be the case with any food item, it definitely means that the cap wasn't sealed properly to begin with which would undermine the condition of the product.
