什麼是酸種?

我們的酸種麵包是由有機麵粉和過濾水合成發酵而成的,過程中可自然產生乳桿菌和酵母。我們食譜不使用任何市面上的酵母製作我們的麵包。根據天氣轉化將麵團發酵8至12個小時繼而烤焗,這種特殊的麵包就誕生了,對人體的消化系統有益。酸種麵包的口感鬆軟,味道帶微酸,用商業酵母製成的麵包是沒有這些特質的。酸味來自乳酸:乳酸菌自然發酵的健康、天然副產物。 

 

我們的烘包有什麼特別:

  • 傳統酸種的麵筋含量很低,但這個烘培品是 100% 無麩質的
  • 口感鬆軟
  • 味道和質地比商業烘焙的酸種麵團更勝一籌 

  •  非常適合塗上抹醬, 但它本身已經很美味 

由於發酵時間不少於 8 小時,麵包中的營養素(碳水化合物和蛋白質)會被分解成較小的顆粒以便身體吸收。 

 

如何享用?

新鮮出爐,請直接享用。由於麵包中含自然酸味, 酸種麵包可以在沒有防腐劑的情況下長留。如果您不打算在收貨後 2 天內食用,我們建議切片並冷藏,保存最佳質地。通過烘烤,您仍可以享受接近新鮮出爐的感覺! 

 

1 放烘包進已預先預熱至 180°C的烤箱內,然後加熱 5 分鐘。(建議方法)選項2: 將冷凍的貝果放在微波爐約2分30秒
2  將已解凍的烘包用微波爐翻熱約1分30秒
3 將已解凍的烘包蒸至熱透(約5分鐘)

 

成份: 無麩質麵粉(大米、木薯和馬鈴薯),增稠劑(黃原膠),過濾水,椰子花糖*,洋車前子殼粉,金亞麻籽*,喜馬拉雅水晶鹽天然乳酸桿菌/酵母

Tough bagels..

Unfortunately found the bagels to be quite tough and difficult to eat..

Oven Method: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Wrap the bagels tightly in aluminum foil to prevent them from drying out. Place the wrapped bagels on a baking sheet and heat them in the oven for about 10 minutes. Check their texture and continue heating for a few more minutes if needed.

Toaster Oven: If you have a toaster oven, this can be a convenient way to reheat your bagels. Slice them in half and place them directly on the toaster oven rack or on a baking sheet. Toast them for a few minutes until they reach your desired level of warmth and texture.

Microwave: While this method may not yield the same level of crispness as the oven or toaster oven, it can still soften the bagels. Wrap the bagels in a damp paper towel to prevent them from drying out. Heat them in the microwave on low power for about 20-30 seconds. Check their texture and repeat the process if needed, using short bursts of heating to avoid overheating.

Steaming: If you prefer a softer texture, steaming the bagels can be a good option. Bring a pot of water to a boil and place a steamer basket or colander over it. Wrap the bagels in a clean kitchen towel and place them in the steamer basket or colander. Cover the pot with a lid and steam the bagels for about 5-7 minutes. This method can help restore moisture to the bagels.
