Self-Pickup Terms & Conditions
Order Changes & Payment
- Once placed and confirmed, orders cannot be modified.
- Bank transfer payments: Full payment must be made within 24 hours. Please email your receipt to yummy@foodcraft.hk or WhatsApp it to 5917 1181.
- Unpaid orders after 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
- All payments are final—no refunds once paid.
Pickup Timing & Shelf Life
- Your order will be prepared for your selected pickup date.
No date chosen? We’ll assume you need it ASAP. - Due to the fresh nature of our products:
-No shelf-life extensions if pickup is delayed.
-Unclaimed orders 7 days after the pickup date will be cancelled without refund.

Pickup Instructions
📍 Address: Room A, 16/F, Yiuga Factory Building, 62 Victoria Rd, Kennedy Town (Enter via Sai Ning Street).
⏰ Hours: Mon–Fri, 2PM–5PM (closed Sat/Sun/public holidays).
📞 By appointment only—no walk-ins. Bring your order confirmation (email/screenshot).
Missed Pickup?
Life happens! We’ll hold your order for 24 extra hours.
Need delivery instead? We can arrange it for a fee (varies by address).
Perishable items cannot be exchanged/refunded.
