Self-Pickup Terms & Conditions

Order Modifications & Payment

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes cannot be made.
  • Bank transfer payments: Full payment must be completed within 24 hours of ordering. Please email the transfer receipt to yummy@foodcraft.hk or WhatsApp it to 5917 1181.
  • Orders unpaid after 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

Pickup & Shelf Life

  • Your order will be prepared for the pickup date you selected. If no date is specified, we’ll assume immediate preparation.
  • Due to the fresh nature of our products, shelf life is limited. We cannot exchange items if pickup is delayed.
  • Uncollected orders 7 days after the pickup date will be cancelled with no refund.

How to Collect

  • Bring your order confirmation email (or screenshot) with the order number.
  • Pickup Address:
    Foodcraft – Room A, 16/F, Yiu Ga Factory Building,
    62 Victoria Road, Kennedy Town, Hong Kong
    (Enter from Sai Ning Street)
  • Hours: Mon–Fri, 2PM–5PM (Closed Sat/Sun & public holidays).

Missed Pickup?

  • We’ll hold your order for 24 extra hours if missed.
  • Delivery can be arranged for a fee (based on address). Note:
     - Perishable items cannot be exchanged/refunded.
     - Orders uncollected after 7 days are forfeited.

Delivery Fees

Free Delivery: Hong Kong Island & Kowloon orders over $800*.

Under $800: $100 fee.

Exclusions:

Hong Kong International Airport: $250

Kwai Chung/Container Terminal: $500

Delivery Schedule

Days: Tuesday–Saturday

Times: 9AM–1PM or 5PM–7PM (9am-2pm for Saturdays)
