Self-pick up Terms and Conditions
Once an order is placed and accepted it cannot be changed.
If you select payment by bank transfer, payment of the full amount must be made within 24 hours of the order. Please send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Whatsapp (5917 1181) to us within 24 hours.
If we do not receive the bank transfer receipt within 24 hours of the order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Once the order is paid it is non-refundable.
We will prepare the order based on the pick-up date you have chosen. If no delivery date is selected, we will assume you are looking to have your goods delivered as soon as possible. As certain food products are freshly made and have a limited shelf life, we are unable to exchange products with a longer shelf life if the products are not picked up on the selected pick-up date.
In case the order is not picked up 7 days after the selected pick-up date, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be made.
Class Cancellation Policy
We will confirm your seat(s) once all fees are received. Deadline for any cancellation or changes(eg. rescheduling) is 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All fees will become non-refundable after the deadline. Cancellation requests should be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the class for any refund to be processed.
