Sprouted Raw Cashews - (454g)
What is good about our cashews?
We soak and dehydrate our nuts (sprouted) so that the phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors are removed and easier on our digestion system. Not only do cashews have a lower fat content other most of other nuts do, a large proportion of their fat comes from unsaturated fatty acid and around 70% of this unsaturated fatty acid is heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. These help lower triglyceride levels in our body and thus reduce risk for heart disease.
Suggestion of use:
1. Consume cashews together with other nuts and dried fruits to make a healthy snack.
2. Add cashews to sauteed vegetables just before taking off the heat.
3. Add cashews with a bit of maple syrup to hot cereals as a great topping.
