You're right, our loaf is an investment compared to conventional bread, and that's a direct result of how we make it. We're essentially recreating a high-quality, homemade bread for busy people who might not have the time.

Unlike mass-produced bread, our recipe starts with a special Gluten-Free Flour Mix (rice, tapioca, and potato) and is bound with nutrient-dense powerhouses like Psyllium Husk, Golden Flax Seeds, and Chia Seeds. We then use a small amount of Coconut Flower Sugar solely to feed the naturally occurring cultures during a slow fermentation process—this develops the flavour and texture without sweetening the final loaf.

This traditional fermentation, along with adding Sprouted Sunflower and Sesame Seeds, is time-consuming and can't be rushed, which does drive the cost up compared to conventional loaves. However, it's the heart of creating a truly clean, gut-friendly, and allergen-conscious bread.

We completely understand it's a mindful purchase. (And if you're ever curious about the process, we actually have tutorials for those who prefer to bake their own!)

We're always working to become more efficient as we grow, but we promise never to compromise on our ingredients or slow-bake methods.
