Vegan Haldi Ka Doodh (Golden Milk) made in 3 minutes

Golden Milk is a well known remedy for inflammation and digestion. 
I love this recipe because it is quick and you can drink the whole turmeric root.

Turmeric roots are pretty soft and it can be blended up pretty well. In this recipe I used a high-power blender but you can still make it with a normal blender. 

A good night cap to slowly end a long day.

Turmeric

Ingredients:

  • Raw Turmeric - 1 piece (approx. 4 cm long)
  • Ginger, 1 piece  (approx. 3 cm long)
  • Black pepper corns, 3 pieces
  • Nut milk of your choice, 2 cups (480ml)
  • A pinch of cinnamon 

Instructions:

  • In a high speed blender, add all ingredients and blend well. 
  • Pour the golden mylk into a glass and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top and serve!
