Amalfi Lemon - 1pc

Known for it's thick skin, Amalfi lemons are an impressive lemon variety. It has a rustic look to it and you can tell the difference in once glance from a conventionally gown lemon. 

Amalfi lemon, also known as Sfusato Amalfitano in Italy, grows on the Amalfi Coast and the thick skin is used in desserts, limoncello and anything that requires a strong lemon aroma. 

This large lemon had a special rind that has an intense lemon aroma due to the essential oils it contains.
The flesh is very juicy and has an acidic yet semi-sweet flavor. If you are game, you can also eat this like an apple -  cut in chunks and eat it all, including the skin!
