How to store gluten free pizza crust: store in the freezer. When ready to use, add your toppings onto a frozen crust and bake for 10 minutes at 250°C.
How to make a vegan and gluten free margherita pizza
1pc, 8 inch frozen gluten free pizza crust
4 Tbsp., passata
2 slices, vegan cheese
2 Tbsp., vegan milk
Fresh basil leaves
Step1: Heat the oven to 250°C.
Step2: Spread the passata onto the pizza crust
Step3: in a small sauce pan, heat up the vegan cheese with the vegan milk and melt it. Careful not to burn it!
Step4: Spread the melted vegan cheese onto the pizza crust
Step5: Bake the frozen pizza at 250°C for 10 minutes.
Step6: Top with fresh basil, cut and serve hot! Enjoy!
