Sandwich bread crust

The crust is too hard. We take out the crust so will end up with a very small piece of bread. It also breaks easily. Too crumbly.

Good, but not great

We ordered gluten free sandwich bread, soft sourdough bagels and loaf and it was a bit disappointing. As they are all make to order, I was expecting freshly baked ones. They were all hard already. Anyway, still ok to eat after heating them up.

We bake all our breads to order, but for outlying islands, we can only deliver on the next day after baking due to logistical constraints.
This means the breads may not arrive as fresh as we’d like, which we understand can be disappointing.

We’d love for you to experience our breads at their best—freshly baked and at their peak flavor. If you have a delivery address on Hong Kong Island or Kowloon, such as an office address, or if you’re able to pick up from our Kennedy Town store, we’d be happy to offer you a fresh batch to try.
