How to Store Milla’s Fizz?
Because the drinks are raw and fermentation continues at room temperature, we recommend storing them in the fridge (0°–6°C). Storing them at room temperature (18°–23°C) is also fine, but the flavour and colour may gradually change. If you leave them out for long enough (2+ months), you might even end up with a bottle of vinegar.

What’s the Expiry Date?
Unless contaminated, the drinks don’t really “expire.” However, the flavour and colour may change over time, so we recommend consuming them within 3 months if stored in the fridge.

Yes, we recycle the bottles! If it’s not too much trouble, please return them to our Kennedy Town location and we will reuse.
