We created an all natural vegan version of feta cheese using organic tofu so you can also enjoy the creamy taste of feta without dairy! It's made with only 6 ingredients!! The tofu has been fermented using chickpea miso so you will get a slight hint of a miso taste. Lastly, we soaked it in extra virgin olive oil to better preserve the "cheese" and also to also enhance the richness of the taste.

Just like honey or coconut oil, high-quality extra virgin olive oil may solidify slightly when cold but will return to its smooth, liquid state at room temperature.
Rest assured: This does not affect the flavor, quality, or freshness of the product. Simply warm it gently (avoid microwaving!!) and the oil will return to its liquid state.
