At Foodcraft, we believe wellness starts from within—and Joyce has crafted a beautiful bundle to support spiritual wellbeing through mindful nourishment. Here’s her personal routine for busy mornings and vibrant energy:

~ Busy mornings still need breakfast ~

As I believe Everything is Energy, and the physical body houses our Soul—it’s important that my physical body is nourished with the highest vibrational foods and nutrients.

Through my normal schedule, I actually don’t eat (chewing solid food) until about mid-afternoon. 
However, breakfast is important, so I’ve created a matcha protein shake every morning where I blend:

• Matcha powder

• Organic dates for sweetness

• Homemade fresh almond milk

• Chia and flax seeds

• Adaptogens (lion’s mane & turkey tail)

• Inulin powders

• Bee pollen

• Pumpkin seeds for protein (also excellent support to fend off parasites—yay for this bonus!).

Each component has its own benefits, and I make sure there’s enough nutrients & protein to start the day. It’s become an easy & efficient routine for me—on the go in the mornings for school drop-offs and getting to the studio for appointments!
(Plus, better than coffee on an empty stomach!)

During the day, I may also have a small handful of walnuts to snack on~ for brain support and healthy fats… they’re filling enough, and I know they’re so much better for me than chips!

ABOUT JOYCE of STONE & STAR

A true moon child, Joyce is a Libra Sun, Cancer Moon, and Cancer Rising.

Born and raised in New Jersey, she found her way to Hong Kong by way of Los Angeles and Ohio- always being a bit of a non-conformist, a bit off the beaten path, she was always encouraged to follow her heart, and believes everything happens for a reason.

Having experience in multiple industries from finance in IT Consulting, to promoting parties in Hollywood, merchandising and even event photography and photobooths- it was a trip to Sedona in 2017 for her sister’s “spa-chelorette celebration”, which jumpstarted this reconnection and remembering of her Self.

Crystals, Cards, and Astrology all began to fall quickly into place in her own spiritual journey— though it began with a single stone...

Stone & Star was founded to share the beauty and wonders of crystals and the cosmos, and how they can become allies in our own journeys of healing, finding inner peace, and happiness. Through listening and tuning into their wisdom and energies, they may support us in reclaiming and reconnecting us to our own personal powers, gifts, and talents so that we may live more aligned with our Selves, and our true life path.
