Grind the chilli into a powder and use it for salsas, sauces, potatoes, fish, pork or chicken.
Use it as a whole in cooked dishes to add a sweet mild pepper flavour to curries and broths.

How to Store
This product has NOT been chemically treated for the extension of shelf life and isย 100% natural. It is sensitive and pleases treat as you would treat a fresh fruit or vegetable - keep in a cool dry place and consume as soon as possible. A good way to store this will be in the freezer which will preserve the flavour and quality for up to 1 year.
