Our casein and gluten-free soft bread is perfect for sandwiches or a nice layer of nut butter and white sugar-free jam for a treat!

This bread does not contain gluten, milk, peanut, egg, or soy. Ideal for a gluten-free diet! 

Ingredients: filtered water potato starch, tapioca starch, chickpea flour, rice flour, maize flour, organic sunflower oil, sugar, yeast, salt, psyllium husk powder, thickener xanthan gum, vinegar powder (spirit vinegar, maltodextrin).

How to store gluten free bread: store in room temperature for up to 1 day after production. Or slice the bread and freeze in an airtight container. Reheat in a toaster while frozen.

Light bread!

This bread does not feel heavy on the stomach at all! Great for making yummy sandwiches in which you want the ingredients to steal the show - not the bread!

Great quality, flavor and texture. I used it to make bread pudding and a stuffing / dressing and worked wondetfully

Especially good when toasted!

This is one buff, substantial loaf! Slightly sweeter than I expected. When toasted, it's a lovely crunchy complement to toppings of all kinds. Am kinda addicted to it now!

Delicious texture, however....

Delicious texture and neutral taste. Tastes great with vegan cheese, however my digestive system feels bloated the day after consumption, so I need to stop.
