Blending whole mustard grains with vinegar, water, sea salt, agave syrup and our unique blend of seasoning, this mustard is full of rich, wholesome flavour, natural fiery heat and a distinctive texture that can add a unique element to sauces and cooking. In addition to using as a condiment, try adding Wholegrain Mustard to a salad vinaigrette to add depth to your dressing. It also works wonderfully mixed with honey, olive oil and fresh herbs, drizzled generously over roasted vegetables.Biona Organic Wholegrain Mustard is suitable for vegans and our packaging is BPA free. Leaked through cap

I emailed in once I received the product letting them know that there were dried grains of the mustard on the underside of the cap when I received it but they told me that it's the way it is manufactured. I don't believe that this should be the case with any food item, it definitely means that the cap wasn't sealed properly to begin with which would undermine the condition of the product.
