Coconut flakes are dehydrated coconuts and they contain the benefits of coconut oil such as, the high content of Medium-Chain Triglycerides (MCTs). Plus it contains fiber.
Suggestion of use:
Good for using in baking and raw cooking. It can be blended in to smoothies or mixed with your cereals. A lightly toasted coconut flakes are great on salads or in wraps or even a great snack on its own.
